Basic Expectations
Interns are expected to:
- Have a learning attitude and be willing to "fail forward."
- Commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week.
- Satisfy the academic internship requirements stipulated by their academic institution.
- Uphold the mission of Breakthrough and its core values.
- Observe employee standards as indicated in the Breakthrough Employee Handbook.
- Meet weekly with supervisor for coaching.
- Complete the projects or learning objectives assigned to you by your supervisor.
- Satisfy the job description designated by your supervisor.
- Read any texts or attend specific trainings for personal development as suggested by your supervisor.
